User Agreement

You must agree and acknowledge to accept this responsibility and ensure that your account and data are always maintained securely, and all necessary steps are taken to prevent the misuse of your account. You should immediately inform us if you have any reasonable cause that your password has become known to anyone else, and/or has been used in an unauthorized manner. You agree and acknowledge that any use of the site and service, access to private data, communication, and/or agreements by using your account and password are deemed authorized by you, regardless of whether the transactions are authorized by you or another person. Moreover, you further agree and acknowledge to fully indemnify us against all losses arising from the use and/or access of the site through your account. To ensure that the personal data you provided are correct, you must inform or contact us via our customer service for assistance if you are unable to update or complete your data by accessing your account on the site. We have the right to terminate any account or deny access to the site and remove and/or edit content at any time without any notification.

Privacy

Data Protection is a concern of trust and privacy. Your personal information data, and your use of the site, will be treated with utmost confidentiality as per the Privacy Policy. The information to be collected are only those that are necessary, including your name, phone number, address, location, and other information related strictly for our partners for logistical and delivery purposes. Customers' purchase history may also be collected for promotion and other services; however, customers' information on credit cards, MPU card numbers, and search list shall not be stored. Rest assured that the data collected shall not be used for any other business purposes and illegal activities. In addition, when requesting deletion of a Facebook account, information deleted or modified by the members themselves, or when requesting termination of subscription, it shall be completely deleted from the disk in a way that cannot be played, and shall be processed in a state that cannot be viewed or used later

If you delete the account through the above procedure, the SNS account information will be deleted from the shopping mall.

Payment

For the payment process, you can securely use Visa, Master, JCB and MPU on this site. We also accept Myanmar mobile payment processes, such as KBZ Pay, AYA Pay, and CB Pay; however, kindly note that you need to agree with the Terms and Conditions issued by your respective payment provider. Payment methods through bank transfer, cash on delivery, and cash on pickup will also be accepted. For the bank transfer process, all the needed information on bank accounts can be found at the bottom of the first page and on the checkout page after clicking "Buy Now" or the “Checkout All” button. If any error and/or mistake occur during the payment processing in your mobile or bank cards, this is an issue of your service provider or the issuer of bank cards.

License Agreement

In general, our site can be used by a person of any age; however, we highly advise that the transactions be done by those who are over 13 years old. In addition, for customers who are still “minors”, supervision of parents or a legal guardian, or a confirmation of a person of at least 18 years old, will be needed to complete the transaction due to the contents of the beverages and age-related restrictions of the products.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within the 2 hours after the order, and we have the right to cancel the order if the customer did not approve the order or cannot contact to customer.

Delivery

For the customers residing within the Yangon City Development Area, products can be delivered directly by us. For customers located in the uptown city, a delivery fee depending on the location may be charged. The duration of the delivery process may differ depending on your address, stock status, and shipping services. The estimated time for the delivery in Yangon is about 4 to 48 hours. Return&Refund

You can return and receive a refund for the following incidents:
- Goods do not match the original invoice, i.e. color, model, and item
- Items are unboxed and/or damaged
If you encounter the abovementioned problems, you can return the items within three working days or opt for a refund. For other reasons, you can neither return the product, nor get a refund.

Prohibition

We strongly prohibit the use of our site for any offensive, fraudulent, and illegal purposes. Activities that would damage the site, company employees, and other people are also prohibited. Furthermore, we do not permit actions that would threaten or would incite violence against other people, including but not limited to the following: racism, physical harm, sexual abuse, and gambling.

Comments, suggestions, feedbacks, and grievance reports are all welcome. You can provide it via e-mail, phone, and/or in website. We will review all your feedbacks and implement actions to address the concerns. We may also reach out to you to understand more about the problems to provide more holistic solutions.
